I feel that dark brown eyes come from the dark down inside
The black under my eyes resides just to show how tired I am of this world
Maybe my crooked smile is from too many straight fake ones
And straight teeth come from so much bearing
Maybe red eyes come from too much crying
Or a bubbly laugh comes from something inside nearly drowning
Maybe it's the tears I've cried and the anger combined to give that simply complicated reaction
The piece of me you know is barely a fraction
Of what you should see
Because if you knew
You'd be stepping on the other side of the moon
Where demons reside
Which is why
I advise
Step aside
Leave me to boil within myself
And let my simply complicated reaction subside
Leave me, let my insides be eaten alive
Throw my heart aside
And let me live with parts that are yet to die
